My GLP-(3) / Retatrutide experiment & results

8 weeks of GLP-3 (R) was wildly impressive

First of all, the basics.

The picture on the left was day 1 of using GLP-3 (R) from Wellnesspeptides.io at 1mg every 3rd day. The middle picture is the end of 4 weeks and the picture, at which point I ramped up to 1.5mg every 3rd day. My starting weight was 178.6, at 4 weeks (middle pic) I was at 175.5 and finished on the right at 171.8.

Training stayed the same during the cut, cardio was actually reduced during the cut and no changes were made to diet.

Diet

For most of the year, I’ve been doing a moderate protein ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. I generally get home around 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and eat my first meal. I leave my office pretty early on Tuesdays and Fridays, go to the gym and usually get home around 2pm, at which point I typically eat within 2 hours of getting home. I eat freely, as long as it’s keto, and don’t track any calories or macronutrients and go to bed at 9pm every night and wake up between 3am and 5am every day.

Once again, I want to stress that no dietary changes were made during this cut. It’s the same way I’ve been eating all year. I tend to eat a lot of “keto snacks” like Quest chips, cookies and peanut butter cups as well as keto ice cream from Keto Pint. I use keto bread products from Nature’s Way and whatever brand they sell at Costco to make sandwiches and hamburgers and I use a lot of keto friendly sauces, particularly from the G. Hughes brand. I also drink 2-3 cups of green tea every day and not infrequently I drink black coffee.

Training

I follow a typical bro split, training Chest & Triceps on Tuesday, Back & Biceps on Friday, Shoulders on Saturday and Legs on Sunday.

Cardio

Prior to starting the GLP-3 (R), I was walking my dogs pretty regularly for 45 min to 1 hour in the mornings and walking on a manual treadmill at my office for 30 mins 2-3 times per week. Around the same time I started the GLP-3 (R), work started ramping up quite a bit and cardio was cut down to just walking the dogs for 45 min to 1 hour a couple days per week, but as the weeks went on, I started skipping the walks in the mornings due to heat, laziness and being busy. Between weeks 4-8 I did zero cardio. Training was also pulled back quite a bit during the final 4 weeks, as I started a leg sleeve tattoo and my travel schedule, which kept me out of the gym some and kept me from training legs.

Ancillaries

My cycle in the first 4 weeks:
180mg Testosterone enanthate every 4 days
3iu GH daily
GLOW daily at 2.5mg GHK-Cu, 500mcg BPC-157 and 500mcg TB-500
HCG 500iu every 3rd day
NAD+ 50mg/day was added in during the last week of the 4 week cycle
Glutathione 50mg/day was also added during that final week
Anadrol 25mg pre workout on Tues, Fri and occasionally on Sat.
Forg3d Nutrition Overcharge, Forg3d Nutrition Pump 3X and Hosstile Bloodshot were also used on Tues, Fri and Sat.

I’ve been running the 180mg Testosterone enanthate every 4 days and 3iu GH for about the last 6 months. Prior to that, I was using 300mg Testosterone enanthate every 4 days and 3iu GH for about a year to 18 months prior to lowering my testosterone dose.

Again, I want to stress that there was no change in testosterone or GH dosing from before the cut.

My cycle in the second 4 weeks:
180mg Testosterone enanthate every 4 days
3iu GH daily
GLOW daily for the first 2 weeks, then discontinued
HCG 500iu every 3rd day
NAD+ and Glutathione were discontinued after 1-2 weeks
Superdrol 10mg replaced Anadrol 25mg, however I only used this 4-5 times throughout the entire month due to the decrease in my training

Overall impressions

I am wildly impressed with GLP-3 (R) and after seeing the pictures, I am even more impressed.

I had initially planned on discontinuing the GLP-3 (R), but given the results and the health & longevity benefits of GLP-3 (R), I have decided to lower my dose and give a new experiment a shot.

My plan moving forward is:
180mg Testosterone enanthate every 4 days
3iu GH daily
5mg MOTS-c 3x/week
500mcg AOD-9604
100mcg injectable 5-Amino 1MQ
KLOW
HCG
I might throw in NAD+, Glutathione and L-Carnitine
Superdrol 10mg preworkout
